A bug has been discovered in CS2 that allows players to switch to the enemy team at the beginning of a round. Content creator Flyo demonstrated the exploit and provided detailed instructions for using the vulnerability on his personal Telegram channel, while also warning of potential consequences, such as account bans.
According to Flyo, the exploit works only on public non-ranked servers. To switch to the enemy team, a player needs to change sides immediately after respawning, use a bind with pre-saved commands, and then change sides again.
Commands for the bind:
bind “c” “pickup_groundweapon 49; pickup_groundweapon 9; pickup_groundweapon 7; pickup_groundweapon 81; pickup_groundweapon 82; pickup_groundweapon 83; pickup_groundweapon 43; pickup_groundweapon 42”

If the steps are executed correctly, the player will formally be considered a member of the opposing team, although they will retain their original character model and spawn point. According to Flyo, such a player will be invulnerable while still being able to kill former teammates, and anyone who deals damage to them might receive a temporary matchmaking ban.
Previously, data miner Maxim “Gabe Follower” Polyatov reported on hidden changes in recent CS2 updates. The content creator speculated that Valve might have started working on strengthening the anti-cheat measures.
